1) to reproduce
(The King & Queen part of our Being)
2) to defend and acquire

3) to produce more for yourself & everybody else you love

We are what we eat...grow and live OR shrink and die...
we belong to the one that feeds us
eat small balanced meals often, and you can't drink too much water.
SO EAT LOTS OF FOOD...and drink clean water
The reason and purpose of my Mind is to learn and impose harmony with my
own nature, and control the destructive forces to that harmony
True Love is of the Devine and is the highest attribute of the human
soul, among individuals it is the harmonious vibration between bodies,
minds, and spirits.
faith, hope, charity
The purpose my Spirit is to be that part of me that expresses the Love
of the Creator. This Love then creates faith.
fear paralyzes growth and spawns hatred / greed upsets the balance and
creates fear
jealousy is a trait of character which grows out of greed, vanity, envy,
selfishness
Building Foods - meat dried beans/peas nuts eggs cheese
Eliminative Foods - You know what's right for you Eat Most Fresh Fruits
& Vegetables, Juices are great! Just say YES!!!
Sweets & Starches - You Know what is right for you!!! Limit them. Just
say NO?
Lubrication - Vegetable Oils, and Fats to a lesser degree
Move it OR Lose it
Exercise is sustained movement of all muscles and joints until you are
tired everyday
Pray & Meditate to stay connected to God
Spend time being very quiet...it creates balance of thought and clarity
Loyalty, Honor & Duty,
forgiveness generosity
Stay alert for hypocrisy, self-condemnation and doubt
combined with getting the blood really pumping every day, make yourself
puff hard whenever you can
Movement of Blood is paramount this distributes the food through the
body. Movement Every Day
Practice a hobby something that is hard to do what ever it is, develop
disciple of character
Have a secret skill...sing a song, recite a story or poem
Practice non-violent & non-interference
kindness, sympathy, patience
Life is short...don't worry about it... just do something about it
And most of all get out of you comfort zone
Sleep a lot, rest when you need to and get plenty of sleep.
Schedule full blown Vacations and take them and enjoy them
Anger does not work, prejudice and intolerance will destroy you
combined with good Sanitation Habits few things in Life are as
important as staying clean.
Wash your hands often, take baths Brush your teeth everyday
Here again movement every day...Pee Freely and Poop Often -
Elimination is essential to feeling good.
My TRUTHS so far...
We are all just Living right here in the Now, our Blood is all Red, BUT
it's not the same for all of us.
Uneven distribution of wealth & Opportunity, controls most the
experience we have in this Life.
The best place on Earth is where The Law supports Free-Enterprise
Capitalism...The USA
Where it is legal to apply MONEY, The TOOLS & Raw-Materials to produce
the Goods and Services that the World wants to buy.
At a Profit.
What more can we ask for?
Brains, GOLD & LAND...Rule this World
I believe...@ the moment MONEY is the fuel of Equality. Get educated
MONEY will follow.
Inbred outdated caste systems, and economic favoritism have created an
unbalance in the World which seems to be getting worse. This stifles the
level of Cosmic Consciousness of the Whole universe, to our detriment to
be sure. Think Globally Act Locally.
I am here to learn lessons and try to pass them on. I'll try to clue you
in as I can.
